We Love What We Do. Sometimes That
Means Doing It Purely Out Of Love

The work we do attracts attention. Occasionally, the people who notice have a need – and no budget. Fortunately, from time to time, we are able to take on a project where no budget is no obstacle.

Elan Rosemary, an apartment development by Greystar in Rosemary District in Sarasota, Fla., is nearing completion. The property will include 286 units, the first of which will deliver in March, with full completion slated for July.

Designed by Meeks + Partners, the four-story apartment community will include one- and two-bedroom residences ranging from 550 square feet to 1,811 square feet. The property is on four acres on the 700 block of Lemon Ave.

Common amenities include a resort-style pool with sundeck, courtyard with grilling stations and outdoor bar, a resident clubroom with fireplace, entertaining kitchen, billiards and shuffleboard. There will be a fitness center with cardio, free weights, Yoga room and Fitness on Demand, as well as pet-friendly amenities, such as a dog park.

SARASOTA’S ROSEMARY DISTRICT ALIVE WITH DEVELOPMENT

The Rosemary District is currently experiencing the development of more than 1,000 residential units either under way or recently completed, as well as new retail space. Many of the new residential units, such as The Courtyard at Citrus and Risdon on Fifth, are condos rather than apartments.

For its part, Elan Rosemary is the first Sarasota project for South Carolina-based Greystar, though the company has developed elsewhere in the Tampa Bay area and Florida. Greystar assembled the Elan Rosemary site from three previous owners, including paying $3 million for the former George’s Top & Body Shop.
