A new active adult community at the corner of 9th and Colorado in Denver recently broke ground. The building features nine stories, including a two-level concrete garage, and 207 luxury units. This project is developed by Greystar and designed by Houston-based Meeks+Partners architects.

will include 207 luxury units with a choice of several one- and two-bedroom floor plans ranging from 520-square-feet to 1,350-square-feet options. Amenities include a club room, conference rooms, fitness center, yoga room, a resort-style pool with outdoor kitchen, and a sky lounge at level nine with panoramic views.
