New Luxury Apartments Coming to the Heights

HOUSTON, TEXAS – 152 luxury apartments located at 510 W. 20^th Street in the Heights recently broke ground. Designed by Houston-based architect Meeks + Partners, the high density apartment home community stands 12 stories and includes a three-level concrete garage. This project is developed by Greystar.

The apartment community will include 152 high-end units, with a choice of several one and two-bedroom floor plans, ranging from 850-square-feet to 1,900 square-feet options. Luxurious penthouses at level 12, ranging from 1700 square feet to 2300 square feet, will offer residents sweeping views and finishes. Amenities include a club room, business center, fitness and yoga rooms, a resort-style pool with outdoor kitchen, and a high-end sky lounge at the top floor.
