We Love What We Do. Sometimes That
Means Doing It Purely Out Of Love

Falcon Group, based out of Houston, has started work in San Antonio on a new garden-style apartment community featuring 312 units. The property, called Asten Briggs Ranch, is on 15 acres in the master-planned community of Briggs Ranch on Farm-to-Market Road 211 in the western reaches of the city.

With the explosive growth to the northwest corridor (Alamo Ranch), Falcon Group decided to pursue an area south and further west. The location will capitalize on the growth around the Texas Research Park area, according to the developer.

COMMUNITY DESIGN

Designed by Meeks + Partners, the community will include 14 separate three-story apartment buildings and a club house, with a fitness center, bicycle storage area, package locker system, and business center. The will be a chef kitchen with dining for cooking classes, gaming tables, resident lounge and work spaces, and a theater/media room.

The property is being developed between two golf courses. Its grounds will include a resort-style swimming pool/spa, patio seating area with music, private sitting areas with pergolas and fire pits, a dog park, an outside kitchen grilling station, vegetable gardening area and views of the golf courses.

Units will range from one bed/one bath in 736 square feet to three bed/three bath in 1,411 square feet, with surface parking. A 3,800- square-foot retail building is planned adjacent to the club house. The project will break ground first quarter of 2018 and be completed by the summer 2019.
